Since 1974, the Management of Versace Business Services Pty Ltd, has been providing clients with tailored results orientated Business Services. Our expertise, intimate knowledge of the businesses that we offer for sale, our knowledge of the market place, coupled with our extensive computerised data base of prospective purchasers of businesses local, nationally and worldwide, enable us to provide an individual and innovative service to both buyers and vendors alike. Currently, and for many years, we have acted for a number of Corporate, National and Local clients, The South Australian Government, Banks, and Accounting firms, brought about by our high level profile, as a leader in Corporate and Business Sales in South Australia.

Tony Versace  Managing Director, Corporate Business Sales & The Business Coach®

 Born in Adelaide, South Australia, enlisted in the Royal Australian Navy aged 17, served 9 years. Honourably discharged as a Non Commissioned Officer, served further 5 years in the Naval Reserve. Since then he has owned and managed a variety of businesses, in the Retail, Hospitality and Business Services Industry. In 1974 he started his career in Business sales and acquisitions and developed a Business Broking House, which has generally been regarded in the Industry, as synonymous with provision of Business Services. In 1987 his Business Brokerage firm, was acquired by South Australia's Biggest Building Society, he re-acquired the business in 1992 in a management buyout.Tony Versace has broad experience in Business and Commercial financing, having been a Director of a Financial Institute. He has served on a number of Industry Boards, including that of Chairman, of the Real Estate Institute Business Division for 4 years. In addition to his Financial and Business Broking expertise, he also provides substantial entrepreneurial drive and corporate experience.
   
 
Pat Versace  Director, Manager - Retail Shop Front Sales

 In 1982, Pat Versace joined the company as a business sales consultant and developed a solid grounding in all facets of business sales. Since the mid 1980’s Pat has trained and developed many successful sales teams. Pat has an excellent success rate in Shop Front Retail sales, for many years he has specialised in the sale of Corporate Snackbars, Large Café’s and Licenced Restaurants, and is renowned for negotiating outstanding results for our clients.

 With over 30 years of involvement in the industry, Grace Versace has held many various roles in Versace Business Services in the areas of Sales, Management and Administration. Grace's expertise keeps the office on track to providing a greater level of service to our clients.
   
 
Tony Ryan  Business Broker

 Tony has worked in and owned numerous businesses and as a business owner, he understands first hand the implications of owning and running your own business. Tony is keen to offer genuine face to face service to any business owner and he brings superb sales and marketing know-how to Versace Business Services Pty Ltd. Tony aspires to meet the needs of each and every client and will ensure the services, Versace Business Services offers to both Vendors and Buyers, meet their high expectations.

 Sab has owned and operated many successful businesses for 20 years, as well as being employed by NAB Bank for some 6 years. His businesses have won numerous Marketing and Industry awards including Best Video Store in South Australia in 1997 and 1998. Sab is a versatile and energetic business broker with vast experience in establishing, growing and maintaining all apsects of a successful business. Sab has excellent customer service skills with a strong desire and ability to provide customers with the best result possible.

 Vince has been involved in the manufacturing business for over 40 years, along with having owned and operated his own successful businesses. His passion has always been real estate and he has been involved in a numerous successful property developments. His vast experience in manufacturing, property development and business ownership has prepared Vince him to succeed in Business Sales.
